David Owens

Chairman

David has nearly 40 years’ experience in utility businesses and has been Chairman of Island Energy Group since 2017. Between 2006 and 2009 David served as CEO of Thames Water.

Prior to this David was a Director at Macquarie, an alternate on the Board of NRE, which is a gas and electricity distribution network, Managing Director of Eastern Electricity and ABB Power T & D. David is based in the UK.
