Kim is a qualified HR practitioner with over 15 years’ experience at senior management level. Kim is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a certificate in organisational coaching from the Institute of Leadership and Managing (ILM). Kim also holds a certificate in Education (PGCE/Cert Ed) and numerous accreditations including positive psychology and culture transformation tools. Kim has been involved in major business re-organisations in the private and government sector and has worked across multiple jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey the Isle of Man and Gibraltar. Kim joined Islands Energy Group in 2021 and is based in Jersey.
